Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JedIN platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Services

JedIN provides an enterprise integration platform (iPaaS) that enables users to create, manage, and execute integration flows between different systems and services.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, to interfere with other users, to attempt unauthorized access, or to transmit malicious software. Usage is subject to your subscription tier limits.

Intellectual Property

JedIN and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JedIN and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your integration flows and data remain your property.

Limitation of Liability

JedIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through Settings > Privacy. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
